During the summer months, we are gifted with the ability to take our practice outdoors. Beach yoga is a beautiful way to connect with yourself and your surroundings by beginning your day with your toes in the sand, the warm sun on your face, and listening to the gentle rhythm of the waves and your breath intermingling. In this gentle practice, we’ll explore breath and movement in an effort to relieve stress in mind & body. We will meet at Ontario Beach Park near the Charlotte Pier. In the event of rain, we’ll meet in the large gazebo near the beach. Amanda will lead classes on Sunday mornings, through September. All classes will be an invitation to wake up the body, deepen the breath, and connect with Mother Nature. You will leave feeling calm, refreshed, and ready for the day.

If you have a current FCY pass, you can use that to pre-register & pre-pay online or pay $12 cash once there.

Classes are open to all levels!

Want to connect to your body & breath in the fresh air? Kasia will be offering gentle flow classes on the back patio of Lake Breeze Wellness, weather-permitting, through September. Classes are open to students of all levels who wish to move the body, get in touch with the breath, and end every class under a canopy of sky! To reserve your spot, you can register & pre-pay on our schedule page. If you already have a current FCY pass, you’re welcome to use that for payment. You can also pay a cash drop-in rate of $10 at the door. 

Parking is available in the front lot of Lake Breeze Wellness. To get to the back patio, please walk down the steps and along the north (left) side of the building. Come in through the gate at the center of the grey faux stone fence. Please bring a yoga mat, and if you’d like a water bottle and a beach towel or blanket. We will be amid the elements: Wear sunscreen if you need it, bring layers, and be prepared to encounter bugs, bees, etc. 😉
