During the summer months, we are gifted with the ability to take our practice outdoors. Beach yoga is a beautiful way to connect with yourself and your surroundings by beginning your day with your toes in the sand, the warm sun on your face, and listening to the gentle rhythm of the waves and your breath intermingling. In this gentle practice, we’ll explore breath and movement in an effort to relieve stress in mind & body. We will meet at Ontario Beach Park near the Charlotte Pier. In the event of rain, we’ll meet in the large gazebo near the beach. Amanda will be guiding class on Sunday mornings, and Nora will host on Thursdays. All classes will be an invitation to wake up the body, deepen the breath, and connect with Mother Nature. You will leave feeling calm, refreshed and ready for the day.
If you have a current FCY pass, you can use that to pre-register & pre-pay online or pay $10 cash at the door.

The Lakeside Market is a place full of wonderful vendors with fresh fruits, vegetables, meats, baked goods, plants…and now yoga! Come & join us for a gentle yoga practice on the lawn, set to live music and the gentle waves of the port. This is a great opportunity to become centered, connected, and relaxed through breath work, movement, and meditation. The instructor will rotate each week, so you’ll get a chance to sample yoga through more than one lens. Come for the market…stay for the yoga!
